These terms govern your use of the MK24 Art Studio website (mk24.co.za) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Many of our products are custom hand-painted to order based on artwork or descriptions you provide, or artwork you select from our own designs. By submitting a custom request or reference image, you confirm you have the right to use that image and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright or trademark. We reserve the right to decline any request that we believe infringes third-party rights or is otherwise inappropriate.
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include or exclude shipping as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Yoco. Some products display "Contact Seller" instead of a price — these require a custom quote before an order is placed.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we're unable to fulfil a custom request as described, or in cases of suspected fraud — in which case you'll be refunded in full.

All original artwork, designs, photography, and branding on this site belong to MK24 Art Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Artwork you commission for your own custom piece remains for your personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MK24 Art Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
